  1. Great ideas Jennah!!! Here are a couple that we love...

The following salad dressing is unbelievable & makes AMAZING kale chips

    1 cup favorite oil
1/3 cup organic apple cider vinegar (or try mixing it up w/ other vinegars for variety)
    1/3 cup raw honey
    3 chopped green onions
Sea salt & pepper to taste

Mix dressing, toss w/ fresh kale, place in dehydrator...devour!

My 25 month old loves the organic freeze dried fruit from www.justtomatoes.com especially the strawberries. Great to have on hand when you cannot do the mess that fresh fruit comes with (like in the car).

If you need a great way to get fish oil into your child check out...

This company has the best quality fish oil products that I can find (thanks to Dr. Dan Geck) & my son LOVES them!

I love watching my kids consume health food!

Keep up the amazing work Jennah!
